The Terminal

I’m currently typing this post up in the terminal. Thank goodness for power outlets, without them I’ll be lost. My plane got delayed (again) and there’s nothing I could do with it, short of playing some games in my laptop to pass the time away.

I knew it would get delayed when I spotted flight attendants handing out dinner. This is the norm, by the way, when Lucio’s eagles get snarled up in traffic. They bring out food. The free grub wasn’t bad although (and remember this always, boys and girls) airline meals are never good.

Pausing to stretch my back and rest my fingers, I steal a glance around me. Either the other passengers aren’t tech-savvy, or I’ve snagged up the only power outlet within miles from here so they can’t use their laptops. Heh. I do see one who’s busily tinkering with her Palm. She looks really nice, and is distinctly Ilongga. I wonder if she’s in the same business as me? And if she is, a far greater question arises; why does she have a Palm and I don’t? It’s not freaking fair! Hahaha…

Anyhow, my ride home’s here already. The delay took almost a good two-thirds of an hour. Gotta run, Manila awaits. =)
